Coalza, Spain’s leading manufacturer of vertical packaging machines, will present the latest innovations developed by its R&D&I team in vertical packaging machinery and end-of-line solutions at Empack Madrid on 24 November.<\/p>\n

The new model of high performance rotary vertical packaging machine, entirely designed and manufactured by COALZA, will be presented. The SR300 is a new packaging machine model designed and manufactured to meet the highest packaging requirements. Maximum packaging speed, sealing quality and reliability are its main credentials.<\/p>\n

Coalza is currently making great advances in the development of new machines, allowing a leap in quality in all the packaging machines in its product catalogue. In this case, for the rotary SR300, a high-performance machine has been obtained that achieves a completely watertight seal thanks to the rotary jaws, guaranteeing that the product inside is kept in perfect conditions, preventing leakage in the seal. Furthermore, the software updates carried out on this packaging machine offer a very simple and intuitive machine to use from its touch screen, where you can configure and monitor any parameter of the packaging machine, incorporating OEE calculation, communication with production systems and customer management, statistics, predictive maintenance, autotuning, etc.<\/p>\n

This is a vertical packaging machine specially designed to cover a wide range of product packaging, where we highlight its high packaging performance for nuts, snacks, chips and frozen products, among others.<\/p>\n

Its conception and design offer a wide range of facilities for plant operators. It has been conceived and developed with the operator’s work in mind, allowing great accessibility to the frame and transmission elements that are incorporated inside the watertight chassis.<\/p>\n

The SR300 rotary is a robust packaging machine, a seal of quality that Coalza has always offered. This, together with the 5 servomotors that the packaging machine uses for its operation, make it a machine that hardly suffers from wear and tear, reducing unexpected machine stoppages due to breakdowns and maintenance costs to a minimum.<\/p>\n
