No obstante, la decisi\u00f3n de concluir estas negociaciones procedi\u00f3 del propio comit\u00e9 estrat\u00e9gico de Carrefour, por recomendaci\u00f3n de Alexandre Bompard, ya que consideraba demasiado complejo un posible acuerdo con Auchan.<\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, esta vez, ser\u00eda Auchan la que estar\u00eda planeando realizar una oferta por Carrefour. El\u00a0<span class=\"italic\">retailer<\/span>, propiedad de la familia Mulliez, podr\u00eda pagar 23,50 euros por acci\u00f3n y contar\u00eda con el respaldo de sociedades de inversi\u00f3n como
