*The identification of the exhibitor responsible for the onsite contracting will be required.

For modular stands, the socket integrated into the single-phase panel is 500 W, sufficient to connect one or two devices (mobile phone, laptop, etc.). Exhibitors are advised to hire additional sockets to distribute the power from the panel according to their needs. The KWs provided with the stand cover the basic lighting service and the single-phase socket.

Calculate the power required for the exhibition elements and remember that when contracting an additional panel, the consumption (extra KWs) must be added.

Floor-only stands have a 130w/m² electrical connection but do not include an electrical panel, which must be contracted with the organisation.

For both types, if you have your own panel, you will still need to hire the panel + KWS consumption from the organisation, so that there is a cut-off panel between the hall connection and the exhibitor’s connections.

Under no circumstances will any three-phase connection be made to a single-phase panel. If you require single-phase sockets in your three-phase panel, it is essential that you inform us in advance.

You can consult the catalogue of additional items to find out about the different options for electrical panels.

For the proper functioning of the equipment, we recommend separating the panel for lighting or trussing from the panel for exhibition items.

If you need more power than that assigned to your stand, you have to order an electrical box that covers that power and the extra KWs as the box does not include them.

Boxes of 5 Kws or less are monophasic. Those with a power of 10 Kws or more are triphasic.

Under no circumstances will triphasic sockets be connected to monophasic electrical boxes. If you need single-phase sockets in your three-phase electrical box, it is mandatory that you let us know in advance.

It is necessary to confirm the need for special electrical boxes with special sockets if necessary; the price of these may vary from the catalogue.

It is mandatory to use electrical panels ordered with EASYFAIRS for connection to the hall’s electrical network.

Graphic order with the organisation includes printing, placement and removal of the graphics. The design must be sent to operaciones@easyfairs.com. For further information, please refer to this document.
