Tetra Pak y Genosa desarrollarán aceites de oliva funcionales en envases de cartón asépticos
La multinacional Tetra Pak se ha aliado con Genosa, empresa dedicada a la producción y comercialización de hidroxitirosol natural procedente de la aceituna, para desarrollar aceites funcionales en envases de cartón asépticos que aseguren la integridad y protección del alimento durante su período de consumo a través de un envase más sostenible.
El envase aséptico de Tetra Pak permite que los aceites de oliva con alto contenido de polifenoles, naturalmente presentes, mantengan sus cualidades organolépticas intactas durante todo su periodo de consumo. De esta forma, el consumidor puede disfrutar de los polifenoles, compuestos antioxidantes muy beneficiosos para la salud y en la prevención de factores de riesgo cardiovascular.
