AIMPLAS strengthens its research lines in 2025 to promote sustainability in the plastics sector
The plastics sector is moving towards a more sustainable, competitive model that is aligned with European regulations thanks to the drive for R&D&I. In this context, AIMPLAS, the Plastics Technology Centre, has strengthened its research lines in advanced recycling during 2025 with the aim of accelerating the transition to a circular economy and helping companies adapt to new environmental and regulatory challenges.
These developments have been promoted with the support of the Valencian Institute of Competitiveness and Innovation (IVACE+i), with funding from the Valencian Regional Government, strengthening independent research and knowledge transfer to the industrial sector.
