INOX - entirely or partially
Dalmec manufactures industrial manipulators made entirely or partially of stainless steel, for sectors that have high hygiene standards or for highly corrosive working areas. The structure is developed using AISI 304 stainless steel with some parts made in AISI 420/421. Welding is primarily performed using MAG and MIG methods in an inert gas atmosphere; and the main welds, from an aesthetic and functional point of view, are ground and smoothed. Each project is developed in accordance with the instructions given by Directive 2006/42 EC on machinery and after a careful and methodical analysis of the risks. Industrial manipulators available in customized variants with floor anchoring, anchoring on free-standing base for forklifts, fixed ceiling anchoring and sliding suspended anchoring.
Loads up to 60kg POSIVEL with CABLE
Special model with an articulated arm equipped with a paddle hook for handling cans and jugs by their handles. The hook is connected to the horizontal arm using an anti-torsion steel cable. In its standard version, it comes with a safety hook, where the customer can attach small tools for handling their specific parts. Loads up to 140kg POSIFIL with cable
Model with an articulated arm designed to handle loads such as cans and jugs by their handles, or sacks and boxes, in a precise and ergonomic manner. It uses a pneumatic control system to enable smooth and controlled movements, making it ideal for handling small to medium-sized parts in confined spaces. It is versatile and can be equipped with different tools to suit specific handling needs. In the standard version, it is equipped with a safety hook, allowing the customer to attach small tools to handle their parts. The Posiplus is the latest model of industrial manipulator from Dalmec, designed to handle heavy and large loads with precision and ease. It is a double cable system with a high load capacity. The gripping tool is connected to the balancing unit through two independent steel cables, ensuring maximum safety.
