About us
ECOPHIR RECICLA, established in November 2022, is a company belonging to the Jané Morraja SL Group. It is a consulting firm specializing in Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR), the life cycle of pallets and other reusable packaging, and the implementation and development of Deposit, Return, and Refund Systems (DRRS).
It focuses on the design and management of recovery systems that ensure that manufacturing companies that place packaging on the market comply with their legal obligations (Royal Decree on Packaging and the European Packaging Regulation). They also achieve significant cost savings through the recovery and reuse of this type of packaging, all while ensuring traceability throughout the entire packaging lifecycle and quality for reuse.

Document and data management
Document and data management: carrying out mandatory procedures of the Ministry for the ecological transition and the demographic challenge in accordance with the obligations derived from Royal Decree 1055/2022 on packaging and packaging waste. Realization of registration in the Registry of Product Producers, annual reports of packaging placed on the market and control of production, collection, reuse, recycling, recovery and/or disposal of packaging. Management of commercial/industrial packaging: reuse, quality and traceability
Efficient packaging management by analyzing previous management and preparing improvement proposals that encourage the recovery and reuse of pallets compared to more inefficient practices such as non-refundable shipments with unknown subsequent management. All this through direct management (productive companies of the Jané Morraja group) or indirect management in collaboration with other agents (extensive network of contacts). Quality control in the packaging for reuse of pallets to guarantee the return of the pallet to the producer in optimal conditions. Analysis to assess the compatibility of possible uses of the pallet between different industries. Carrying out communication campaigns. Control of the traceability of the entire pallet life cycle through a computer platform (marketing, intermediate steps, management) that also facilitates the reporting of information in order to comply with legal objectives and obligations. Control center throughout the life cycle of the pallet and even for the implementation and management of a possible voluntary or mandatory Deposit, Return and Return System (SDDR).
ECOPHIR APP
The Ecophir APP is a continuously evolving IT tool, whose intellectual property belongs to Ecophir, that enables the control, management, and traceability of all reusable packaging throughout its entire lifecycle (marketing, recovery, reconditioning, and return). This tool enables packaging companies to complete the statistical records that they must report to the competent authorities in order to comply with the obligations arising from Royal Decree 1055/2022. Furthermore, the Ecophir APP enables the coordination of Deposit, Return, and Refund Systems (DRRS) for this type of packaging, organizing their collection and reconditioning for reuse.
