The controller with its convenient 10.2" touchscreen can control up to 4 print heads, which can be used individually or as a 2-head or 4-head configuration. The compact print heads are available in 12 mm or 25 mm variants, allowing print heights ranging from 12 mm to 100 mm depending on the configuration. Its adaptability is also reflected in the installation options, which offer flexibility with cable lengths of up to 100 m and ensure easy setup even in difficult environments. In addition, the extensive interfaces enable seamless integration into existing machines and IT systems, making the implementation of Industry 4.0 reality.

With the portable, barcodes, datamatrix codes, texts and logos can be applied anywhere in high-resolution quality. Depending on the system, these can be printed in 12 mm or 25 mm. The cartridge system enables color changes within a few seconds, while the original Metabo LiHD battery with 4 Ah can operate the printer nonstop for up to 12 hours.
