About us
iXAPACK GLOBAL is a French family-owned company specializing in the design and manufacture of Weighing, Ultrasonic cutting, Wrapping, and End-of-line equipment. With decades of experience in both national and international markets, iXAPACK GLOBAL provides its know-how and expertise in developing standalone equipment or complete turnkey lines for the food, beverages, and cosmetics sectors.
iXAPACK GLOBAL offers four ranges of machines:
1. END-OF-LINE EQUIPMENT: Includes Cartoning/Case packing, Sleeving, Palletizing, Loading modules, and Tray formers.

Located at a single production site in the west of France, iXAPACK GLOBAL supports you from your initial project request to the final installation in your factory, offering follow-up and upgrading of your machinery, including spare parts, audits, retrofitting, and both on-site and remote technical assistance.

Case Packer
The ICP Case Packer of the « Pick and Place » type is designed to: - Form cardboard packaging from flat blanks - Pick and place products using one, two, or three tripod robots - Seal the case (wrap-around, SRP, 4 glued corners, etc.) This equipment is suitable to all products from the food industry and cosmetic sector.
Top Load Cartoner
The Top Load Cartoner is designed to shape cardboard cartons from flat blanks, load from top products with one or several tripod robots (up to 5) and seal cartons at a speed up to 70 cartons (wrap around, 4 glued corners, SRP types…) per minute.
Palletizer
Our Palletizer ensures an automatic palletizing of cartons, cases, bags and bundles. This compact and flexible system allows one or several lines (up to 5) to be palletized at the same time. Picking and placing on pallets can be done by unit, row or layer gripping. Several grippers are available to suit all products: gripper with claws or clamps. Our latest innovation, the roller gripper, handles a wider range of cartons and/or cases with a direct palletizing of Shelf Ready Packagings, without a case packing process beforehand.
Portioning Machine
The Portioning Machine is suitable to ultrasonic cuttings of blocks into smaller blocks, portions or slices of the cheese, pastry and cold meats sector. Combined with a weighing and product’s shape modelling system, the Portioning Machine is adapted to fixed weight cutting.
Dividing machine
Developed exclusively for the cheese sector, this equipment allows ultrasonic cutting of wheels/rings into angular portions. Its fully manual feeding and restitution systems allow to reach a speed up to 120 cuts per minute. Several cutting types can be processed by this cutting equipment (depending on the chosen options) : Fixed weight cutting, Variable weight cutting, Variable calculated weight.
Checkweigher
The TG3-A Checkweigher allows the weight control of all products types (raw or packaged, cartons, cases...) and a precise ejection of the products out of tolerance. All our Checkweighers are equipped with a stainless steel frame, high precision statistics software and simplified menu management, which allows quick format changeovers. To respect customers’ products quality, different types of ejection are available: anti-rotation cylinder, flipper, tilting belt or blowing system. The ejection of overweight products is carried out in stainless steel trays or on roller tables. This type of equipment is also available with single, double or triple lanes for larger productions.
Checkweigher with Metal Detector
Combined with a CEIA Metal particle Detector, the TG3-A Checkweigher makes it possible to control the weight and identify ferrous, non-ferrous and stainless steel particles within each product passing on the equipment’s modular belt conveyors. With optimal precision, the Combined Checkweigher and Metal Detector offers the possibility to return its data to your upstream machine process.
