About us
Keeltek Engineering Solutions is an engineering company dedicated to the design and manufacture of industrial machinery. Our specialty is the automation of end-of-line processes and the integration of customized projects. Keeltek's aim is to provide specific solutions and meet the needs of our customers. We offer start-up, monitoring and service of each installation in a personalized way. We can provide with solutions to all kinds of applications related to material handling: depalletizers, palletizers, bagger machines, case fillers, dynamic weighing, robotics, laser marking and in-line labeling, among others.

ACCUFAST CELL - High speed P&P robotic cell
Complete robotic cell for Pick&place applications. Modular device, possibility of a configuration with several units in-line depending on the application. Equipped with a SCARA or DELTA type robot + artificial vision, depending on the product and cadence. Contrasted cadences of up to 120 pickings per minute. Touchscreen interface with various levels of accessibility, with control over all the key parameters of the machine (timers, speeds, counters... etc.). Low consumption through IEE (Intelligent Energy Efficiency). The motorized elements remain in stand-by mode until they are meant to move the product again. Furthermore, after some time where no product is coming, it automatically stops.
BRIOPAL - Robotic cell
Complete cell equipped with one or more robots whose main target is the palletizing and depalletizing tasks of products such as bags, sacks, boxes, pallets, bins, tiles, etc., and suitable for any sector. Touchscreen interface with various levels of accessibility, with control over all the key parameters of the machine (timers, speeds, counters... etc.). Low consumption through IEE (Intelligent Energy Efficiency). The motorized elements remain in stand-by mode until they are meant to move the product again. Furthermore, after some time where no product is coming, it automatically stops. Possibility of connection to Ethernet/Internet for control and visualization.
BAGPACKER HS W250 - Bag packer machine
Packing system for products in bags or nets, dedicated for sectors such as fruit and vegetables, nuts, dairy, etc. Counting of bags, which are deployed in layers inside a wooden, cardboard or plastic box. It places the layers at the bottom of the box, avoiding product damage when dropping it. Movements are optimized through advanced control algorithms, to avoid stress and mechanical wear, as well as minimum consumption. Possibility of evacuating the bags directly for special packaging where specific packing is not required. Low consumption through IEE (Intelligent Energy Efficiency). The motorized elements remain in stand-by mode until they are meant to move the product again. Furthermore, after some time where no product is coming, it automatically stops.
BUMBOX W800 - Bins dumper
Bin dumper with a load of up to 1200 kg. Dedicated for discharging all types of products, especially at the beginning of the line. Possibility of customized settings via touchscreen for easy and intuitive use. It atomatically fits different bin heights and products. Compact machine, with the possibility of moving it without any dismantling task. Expandable with automatic bin movement for high cadences.
CAJO TAYLOR CO2 LASER - Makebright marking
The CAJO TAYLOR CO2 laser with its innovative MakeBright technology is capable of marking texts, codes or logos in white onto brown cardboard without any type of additive or consumable. It is the most ecological, precise and reliable alternative to traditional marking. Excellent R.O.I. due to low operating cost. Possibility of integrating several devices in-line, with dynamic functions and communication possibilities with ERPs and databases.
EASYPAL PLUS - Cartesian palletiser
Two-axis Cartesian palletizer with combined chain and roller table. Box gripping system using a clamp equipped with 4 or 6 jaws. Dedicated for palletizing boxes in layers, including dispenser and automatic pallet changing. HMDI touchscreen interface with several levels of accessibility, which have control over all the key parameters of the machine (timers, speeds, counters... etc.).
WEIGHTSENT DW25E - Dynamic weight discriminator
Dynamic in-line weight discriminator for bags or boxes from 0.2 to 25 kg, depending on the version. Rates of up to 90 units/minute depending on the product. Automatic expulsion due to too light or too heavy product. Registration of all weighings, lots, varieties, etc. The transport systems remain on stand-by mode, so they move only when the product needs to move. This way, electrical consumption is minimized, metallic wear is reduced and noise pollution is decreased.
DISPAL - COVERFILM - Pallet dispenser & Film applicator
Automatic pallet dispenser with film applicator for moisture isolation. Accepts pallets of practically all approved sizes. Applies the plastic film and staples it firmly to the pallet. It is adaptable to any palletizing equipment on the market. Centering of the finished pallet for interaction with the palletizing system.
OVERPACK PLUS - Complete line: packing, wrapping, strapping and stacking
Complete packaging line for bags or similar products, with multiple practical applications for any sector. Includes: - BAGPACKER. - Semi-automatic box (container) feeding - Positioning of a protection sheet for products, folding and sealing the box flaps (FLAPFOLD). There is am alternative version where the flaps are overlapped, to avoid the use of consumables (adhesive tape). - Pairing and strapping box 2 to 2. - Stacking of box pairs at 2 or 3 levels depending on the maximum loading height. Includes all the advantages stated in the BAGPACKER machine.
