Macsa ID provides our clients with solutions concerning their coding, identification and traceability needs. We combine different technologies such as hardware and software, services, consumables and spare parts for companies in a wide range of sectors such as the food and beverage, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, automotive or electronics industries..
Macsa ID is formed by 4 business units:
- HARDWARE: Our own production of equipment dedicated to coding and traceability, industrial marking and product labelling. Various technologies such as lasers, labellers, ink jet devices and high resolution machines, thus covering all the coding requirements of the packaging and industrial markets.
- SOFTWARE: Our own development of programs for operating the equipment as well as the control, management, integration and optimisation of the machines within the production line.
- SERVICES: In Macsa ID we are committed to complete customer support throughout the purchasing process of the equipment, and post-sales support with training and maintenance programmes.
- CONSUMABLES: We manufacture our own labels, distribute thermal ribbons, inks and solvents; and we provide all kinds of accessories so that your equipment will run smoothly.

iLaserBox - 600
The iLASERBOX 600 desktop laser workstation is ideal for more challenging marking applications.it has a wrap-around door to enable easy access for part positioning and open-door operation* is possible to accommodate extra-large components. It is easy to use with minimal set-up requirements and there is a programmable Z-axis for automatic height control. The iLASERBOX 600 workstation can be used with iCON and K-series 10w CO2 lasers and a range of NANO and D-series YAG and F-series fiber lasers.

idBlocks
Macsa label printing and labelling systems can label boxes, sacks or pallets, either by contact or by air ejection. They integrate easily into your production line and easily adapt to future coding needs. - Lineal idBlocks 4020/6020 Blow and contact label applicator system. Label applicator system by a lineal pneumatic cylinder that allows the label approach and its application to different lengths surfaces. There are different systems of application by contact on uneven surfaces or by blowing. The pneumatic cylinder stroke from 100mm up to 800mm. - Blow idBlocks 4050 Blow Label applicator system for high speed contactless. Label blow-applicator system that allows labelling products at high speeds, over irregular surfaces and by blowing the label without having contact with the product. Distance applied up to 80 mm - Frontal idBlocks 4030/6030 Label applicator system for different faces of the product. It is a system with a rotating arm that allows the label application on the frontal or lateral sides of the product. There are different systems of application, by contact on uneven surfaces or by blowing. The pneumatic cylinder stroke is from 100mm up to 800mm. Version available with a swinging arm for the label application on two adjacent sides and on the back side of the product. - Fan idBlocks 4042 Label applicator system by belts for high speed corners or uneven surfaces Label applicator system by straps that allow the label application on products at high speeds, uneven surfaces and corners.

CIJ 8900
The highest profitability inkjet printer. The Linx 8900 continuous ink coder it is a high performance equipment that helps maximize efficiency during production, thus saving costs and time. It prints readable codes for both operators and mechanical reading systems, and incorporates functions that speed up handling and maintenance. It is a highly flexible printer that can be used for both primary and secondary coding and includes a 20 mm carton printing option. This printer is even more versatile thanks to the new notification function that allows you to increase productivity and reduce production downtime. The Linx 8900 includes a range of notification functions with which it receives real-time information regarding the process.

Software INTEGRA
INTEGRA OPTIMA Deplete the number of interventions. INTEGRA TRACK & TRACE Integra Track&Trace by Macsa can record the origin of raw materials and the destination of finished products. It also complies with traceability regulations since it records all the production process. This software consists of three solutions: - Integra traceability: production control, quality and traceability control in the plant and in the office. - Integra plant traceability: control and monitor the supply, production and shipments. - Integra traceability desktop: all the data related to traceability and quality control. idBlocks Pallet
It is the most complete range of the market to meet the different needs of the current production lines. All standard models incorporate the dispensed printing system idBlocks. The whole system is modular so it allows the rapid change of the different elements contained in it. It incorporates an unwinder that fits 400 diameter bobbins for greater autonomy. - Standard equipment incorporate an applicator arm for 800mm labels for separate application in the production line. - Flexible integration into packaging lines, databases and ERP systems using the Optima software. All reports are based on GS1-128 regulations. - The whole range incorporates the protection cabin.

NANO DPSS
All in one laser designed for ease of integration. Short pulse width is ideal for coating ablation and marking delicate substrates. Cost effective laser marking solution. Dual processor architecture for fast cycle times. NANO is a DPSS Laser system, based on a Nd: YVO4 active medium. The NANO series delivers a high quality beam that is used for precision marking of delicate substrates. Also NANO lasers are can be integrated and used our Macsa iLaserBox 450 standalone workstation.

idBlocks Pallet
This equipment includes a high speed servomotor system. The MLP6015 applicator has a swinging arm controlled by servomotors that allows the label placement in any part of the pallet at the same height. The swinging arm allows placing labels on front, sides and back of the pallet. Thanks to its swinging arm controlled by high speed servomotors this equipment can label more than 200 pallets per hour and place two labels per pallet on two different sides. There are versions with extra long arms for 1100mm labels for applications that require two labels in the front.

The new Compact idJET printers by Macsa ID are capable of printing on all types of materials such as iron, tin, aluminum, wood steel, polystyrene and cardboard boxes. It covers any type of application since the height of the head print is of 17mm and 70mm. It includes a screen for the design and to manage the printer with the maximum number of options in terms of design. Is a monochrome printing, of one single color.

idTIJ
The industrial printer idTIJ of Macsa ID is a system easy to use, very clean and also the change of consumable is very simple. UV ink, aqueous and solvents allow the idTIJ to mark a wide variety of substrates and materials. TIJ printers are the new generation of high-resolution thermal inkjet printers for all types of materials. They are based on TIJ HP technology. It includes a screen for the design and control of printing with the maximum number of options in terms of design.

Linx 10
The Linx 10 continuous ink printer is compact and is designed to print expiration dates and codes on production lines with a low and medium speed cadence.
