Innovative technical solutions in EPP: transporting and serving beverages
POLIPOP has developed, in partnership with its client, an innovative technical solution in black EPP for packaging, transporting and using beer kegs in any location, without the need for electrical energy. This development combines efficient thermal insulation, mechanical resistance and functional design, allowing the drink to be kept fresh and ready to serve — a unique solution on the market that illustrates our ability to transform challenging ideas into viable products. EPP, 100% recyclable, allows us to create lightweight, reusable and sustainable solutions, aligned with the principles of the circular economy. We combine technical creativity, cutting-edge materials and environmental commitment to deliver solutions that make a difference in the technical foams sector.
Reusable Isotherm box
Reusable isotherm box, made of EPP, for the transportation of food products. Box with a smartchip that allows: - to inform what is inside the box; - to reduce the receiving and sending times (confirm the cargo); - to locate the box.
Polipop Isotherm box
We develop isothermal boxes in EPS and EPP for technical applications that require thermal insulation, resistance and durability. Our solutions are adapted to sectors such as food, pharmaceutical, logistics and industrial, with a focus on functionality and reduced environmental impact. Through our development process, we offer a wide range of material options — EPS and EPP, in different colors, expanded in specific densities — with the possibility of using sustainable versions with recycled content: • Options composed of 30% post-consumer recycled EPP, allow a 16% reduction in CO₂ emissions. • Option that incorporates 15% waste from the maritime industry (ropes and fishing nets), reducing CO₂ emissions by 7% and contributing to the recovery of marine waste. These sustainable alternatives maintain the physical properties of conventional EPP, ensuring thermal efficiency, lightness and impact resistance. We work hand in hand with our customers to develop tailor-made isothermal solutions, combining design innovation, careful material selection and commitment to the circular economy.
