The RAKO is a universal plastic box and suitable for all possible and unimaginable requirements. Despite the numerous variants of bottoms for use in automatic conveyor systems, the RAKO is often required for manual use.

Automated manutention

Comfortable and easy to move. At Utz we have a wide variety of transport carts. For each size, from 400 × 300 mm to Euro pallets, you can find a transport trolley adapted to your needs, made of plastic or metal. Thanks to the robust and easy-to-maneuver wheels, they can easily and quickly transport loads of several hundred kilos.

Dollies

Para cada tamaño, desde 400×300 mm hasta los europalets, podrán encontrar una carretilla de transporte adaptada a sus necesidades, de plástico o de metal. Gracias a las ruedas robustas y de fácil maniobra, podrán transportar de forma fácil y rápida cargas de varios centenares de kilos.

Component holders injected

Specifications to precisión and tolerances are sometimes so expensive that component holders need to b e injection moulded. It may also occur that struts and indentations make injection moulding seem the only sensitive method of production. If vera large quantities of a component holder need to be manufactured, injection moulding is frequently the more economical production process.

Thermoformed component holder

Vacuum forming is a manufacturing process which reforms thermoplastic synthetics. The resulting load carriers are called component holders. Component holders are able to perfectly incorpórate products. The smallest component holders, which we produce on our machines, have a basic size of 100x80mm, the largest are up to 1200x1000 mm

Stacking frame for pallets

Adapted for all Utz plastic pallets and wooden Euro pallets. We have different risers for pallets, each riser is foldable, and therefore allows a saving of space in vacuum transport: 3 folded risers lying flat or 4 standing on the inside of an open riser.

Space saving containers

As empty foldable boxes can be reduced by up to 25% of their original size, a máximum of four times as many empty collapsible containers can be stored on the same floor space than would be posible with rigid containers. This enables the transport costs to be reduces accordingly. Space saving containers include several systems : Foldable system, collapsible system, stack/nest containers. At Utz you can find the range NESCO and ALC and many others space saving containers.

Pallet box

Collapsible, stackable and on a pallet base. There are folding pallet boxes like KLAPA or also rigid pallet boxes like PALOXE to contain large volumes. These large containers are mainly base don the ISO dimensions, but there are also containers with smaller base dimensions.

Pallet

Stability at the basis Plastic pallets are not an economical alternative to wooden pallets. Plastic pallets, however, have key advantages : they have a cosntant weight, are robust and durable, have a longer life tan wooden pallets and, with metal reinforcing, are particularly sturdy and suitable for use in high-rack warehousing. If desired, plastic pallets can be produced in a versión which is electrically conductive or equipped xith a nonslip top deck. Fully enclosed pallets are easy to clean and are particularly suitable for the food, higiene and clean room sectors. Utz Pallets (UPAL) are available as EURO, ISO or half pallets.

EUROTEC containers

Conveyed automatically High-tech container for automatic handling The EUROTEC is predominantly suitable for automatic handling on all conventional storage and conveyor systems. The EUROTEC has a large number of points for robots to grabo n to or where an automatic conveyor system can be positioned. Recessed grips and handle holes also permit manual container handling.

Containers for the automotive industry

Automobile manufacturers and their suppliers use a variety of carriers that the VDA (German Association of the Automotive Industry) has standardised with the specifications of the 4500 standard. These include the R, the RL and the foldable KLT. In addiction, there is the C-KLT, the Light-KLT of the médium container that do not conform to any standard. Light-KLT with smooth base and optional wáter drainage. Particularly stable due to additional struts Foldable KLT according to VDA standard 4500 with basic dimensión of 600x400 mm. R-KLT with reduced composite base. Single-walled plastic container according to VDA standard 4500. RAKO containers

One for all The RAKIO is a universal container that can be used for all conceivable requirements. In spite of many base variants, which is also enable use on automatic conveyor systems, the RAKO is often chosen when manual handling is required. This makes the RAKO a typical storage and transport container. The name RAKO stands for the technical construction of the container: 4 corner columns, in connection with the upper U-shaped, circumferential rim and a base with circumferential rib give the container an extremely stable frame. RAKO therefore stands for frame construction, a name that symbolically describes the load-bearing capacity of the plastic box. There are about 350 variants of the RAKO, a plastic container with reater flexibility is hardly imaginable.

New Klapa VDA GLT

This new folding pallet box is the first one to be validated by the VDA (Association of the German Automotive manufacturers) as GLT (big loads container). Intelligent solutions such as the metallic protection and reinforcement rails, 4 folding windows for easy access, reinforced columns and its enormous usable volume of 851 liters make it possibly the best foling box pallet available in the market.
