X ray inspection systems

Checkweighers
Wipotec checkweighers offer a wide range of technologically superlative options. Depending on the application, they reach an output of 650 pieces/minute and can be easily integrated at any point of the line and obtain the greatest production advantage thanks to their reliability, precision and speed. In terms of modularity and customization, they have no limits, their strong points of application are the pharmaceutical and food sectors, and they are also excellently suited to complex multi-track applications or to the ultra-fast weighing of light products such as tablets or bar-type packages.
Track and Trace Systems
Serialisation machines print drug packages with the necessary codes for serialisation: Depending on the guideline, these are machine-readable matrix codes or alphanumeric character strings. The Track & Trace systems of Wipotec, however, can contribute more towards serialisation than simply printing and verifying codes. They weigh the pharmaceutical product on the same installation surface and thus carry out a completeness check. The individual packages are additionally packaged so as to be tamper-evident. The TQS can also perform aggregation, that is the documented combination of product packages into larger packs (bundles, shipping boxes, and cases through to pallets). This ensures complete serialisation at every level. Pharmaceutical products require some of the most expensive production areas in the world. As a result, the machines to be installed have to make do with minimum space even when machines are replaced. Aim to be achieved: more functionality in the same space.
Weigh Cells and Weighing Kits
The basis of the rapid and exact working method of Wipotec Weigh Cells is the Principle of Electro Magnetic Force Restoration (EMFR). The basic principle is comparable to a simple beam balance. On request, Wipotec Weigh Cells can be fitted with AVC Technology (Active Vibration Compensation). The Active Vibration Compensation (AVC sensor) provides with exact measured values, without any loss of time or quality, even in demanding production environments.
