For the machine manufacturer Theegarten-Pactec, we have developed a reliable package coding solution that can be seamlessly integrated into their CHS high-speed packaging machines. This solution meets the requirements to integrate perfectly physically as well as software-wise into the machine control system and to apply batch numbers and best-before dates at a speed of up to 78 prints per second. All of this, in the highest print quality possible.

The edding in-line 12 printer from Elried uses the advanced HPTIJ 2.5 printheads combined with the unique edding inks. This has made it possible to achieve precise, user-friendly and efficient marking on the film packaging. Particularly noteworthy is the ease of use - a holistic fit that includes both the operability of the edding in-line 12 and the snap-in/snap-out technology of the print cartridges. This enables the operator to install the system in just a few minutes, even without a technical background.
