For banding, the product is pushed onto the table, where the arc will automatically close to complete the ultrasonic banding operation. Opening the slide completes the process and the product can be removed.

The US2000 RST can be fully automated and integrated with mechanical or robotic systems.

Automatic banding of coiled products with the US2000 RTS saves you material, time and avoids errors compared to manual application of ties, twine or tape.
