EL KADER PLAST is an Algerian manufacturer of reusable plastic handling and packaging solutions: pallets, PALOX pallet boxes, folding-lid boxes and corrugated PP dividers. A subsidiary of the BRUMALGERIE group (founded 2013), we manufacture 100% Algerian-made products at our plant in Oggaz, Wilaya of Mascara, under rigorous in-house quality control at every stage.
**OUR RANGE**
**Euro Pallet 1200 x 800 x 150 mm** (KP01/PP/3S) — polypropylene, 11.6–12.6 kg. Static 8,000 kg / dynamic 2,000 kg / racking 1,250 kg. 6 mm anti-slip edges, 3 skids.
**Universal Pallet 1200 x 1000 x 150 mm** (KP03M/PP/3S) — 12 kg. Static 5,000 kg / dynamic 1,500 kg / racking 700 kg. 3 skids.
**Pharmaceutical & food-grade closed-deck pallet 1200 x 1000 x 163 mm** (KP04/PP/3S) — steel-tube reinforced, 18.32 kg. Static 5,000 kg / dynamic 2,500 kg / racking 1,500 kg. Smooth, non-porous, bacteria-resistant surface.
**PALOX pallet box 1200 x 1000 x 760 mm** — 610 L, solid-wall or perforated, 3 skids. Individual load 450 kg, max static 4,500 kg. Automation- and conveyor-compatible. Matching lid available.
**Box with folding lid 600 x 400 x 400 mm** — 72 L, 53 kg load capacity, suitable for freezing applications.
**Corrugated PP dividers / layer pads** — 1200 x 1000 mm, 1200 x 800 mm, up to 2400 x 2400 mm. Thickness 2–4 mm, 450 g/m².
