Envasadora modelo Basica
The Basic packaging machine is a semi-automatic machine that works preparing doses by weighing indirectly. The doses are prepared in a hopper attached to the scale and are deposited in the container at once after pressing a pedal ready for unloading. The Basic semi-automatic packaging machine is designed in such a way that it is impossible to unload before the desired weight is reached. It never unloads less than the programmed weights Functioning: An operator sitting or standing in front of the machine places the container (bag, can or box) in the discharge mouth and fills it with the required dose when you press the discharge pedal. By releasing the pedal, the machine automatically begins the production of a new dose, at which time we take the opportunity to seal the bag and place another in the discharge mouth. The Basic packaging machine has an upper hopper to house the product to be packaged. It has a capacity of 125 liters and can prepare doses from about 10 grams to 10 kilos (depending on the specific weight of the product). Average production is around 8 or 16 doses per minute (depending on the characteristics of the product, the required weight and the skill of the operator). The Basic packaging machine is perfect for working with small or medium-sized granulated products such as: legumes, cereals, nuts, pills, capsules, chocolates, candies, coffee, chopped vegetables, frozen, small bakery pieces, slices, etc. At Envasadoras Panimec we have a bucket or pallet elevator adaptable to this machine.
Envasadora modelo Eco
The ECO packaging machine is a semi-automatic packaging machine that works preparing doses directly by weighing. The product is gradually deposited in the container until the desired dose is completed. This machine pats directly what is inside the container . Functioning: An operator in front of the machine places the container (bag, can or box) and presses a pedal. The machine starts unloading the product until reaching the desired dose, at which point it stops. The ECO packaging machine does not stop unloading the product until the weight of the desired dose is reached. It has a hopper to house the product to be packaged with a capacity of 110 liters , and can prepare doses from about 15 grams to 10 Kilos (depending on the characteristics of the product). The average production is around 8 or 16 doses per minute when cans or boxes are packaged, and between 3 and 6 doses per minute when bags are packaged (depending on the characteristics of the product, the required weight, and the skill of the operator. ). The ECO packaging machine is specially designed to work with powdered, granulated and leafy products , such as spices, fertilizers, fertilizers, plant protection products, food additives, among others. At Envasadoras Panimec we have simple adaptable aspiration equipment when working with products that produce dust when entering the container.
Envasadora Chip
The CHIP packaging machine is a packaging machine similar to the Basic model to which a bucket elevator has been attached. The CHIP packaging machine has identical features to the basic packaging machine, but it is designed to work with products that do not come out well from the hopper when it is full, for example potato chips, certain types of pasta or some types of frozen products of size big. Functioning: It has a lower hopper in which the product is released by the movement of the buckets, which lift it to another smaller upper hopper equipped with a level detector, which favors the maintenance of a uniform layer of product to achieve a series of heavy uniforms. Finally, a scale with a double outlet gate has been installed as standard, which discharges the product in two stages to prevent it from accumulating when it is released into the container. Although it is designed to work with products that are difficult to pack in the Basic packer model, it can also work with all those used in it, providing work comfort by not having to lift the product to the upper hopper by hand.
