Front and back labeling
MCP 300T is an automatic self-adhesive labeller to apply one or two labels on bottles, carafes, jars, MCP300T is made of stainless steel, with a 256 colour touch screen that controls the label applicator, transport and other elements. Adaptable to different container sizes and to multiple sectors, such as the pharmaceutical, chemical, food and beverage industry. You can position the label by controlling different parameters such as speed, output and label stop . - Automatic Labeller for Bottles - Automatic labelling machine for carafes. - Automatic labelling machine for Jars. Depending on the Customer's need we have an electro-pneumatic turning system and the option of placing a third applicator for the application of a third label. As a novelty, we present a complete line that allows the automatic process of packaging, capping and labeling. Composed of: Dosing machine adaptable to different sectors such as: chemical, pharmaceutical, food, etc. It works with different types of products such as dense, foamy and different types of containers. Depending on the client's needs, it can be composed of 2 to 12 filling nozzles. Capper with a robust and versatile design for the placement and closure of caps. Thanks to its cap lifter, the loading is done in a quick and easy way, controlled by a user-friendly touch screen for the adjustment of the different parameters. Printer, label applicator ST 418
Designed to print and apply self-adhesive labels on any type of packaging, high performance due to its speed, resolution and independent label traction system. Depending on the customer's needs, the ST 418 label applicator has an optional electro-pneumatic system for applying the label in the corner with pressure regulation. Labeling system for boxes. Labeler for cylindrical and flat container MCP 350T
The MCP350T is a system of labelling of great precision and prepared for the labelling of high speed. It mounts two compresses etiquetadores with variable speed up to 50 meters / minute. He has tactile screen of 256 colors that is lodged in the control panel, this control panel can rotate for an easy access of the operative. The compresses etiquetadores count with motorización stepwise.
