RESPONSABLE DE TURNO (ALMACÉN)

We are looking for a Shift Supervisor within the Logistics department to lead warehousing, transport, and distribution operations, ensuring the best balance between service, cost, and quality. This role will be the key contact for the logistics team and will work collaboratively with Purchasing, Sales, and Customer Service, driving continuous improvement of processes, systems, and KPIs. 📌 Key Functions: Lead the end-to-end logistics plan (inventory, order picking, shipping, and OTIF). Manage warehouse and transport teams, ensuring safety, organization, and quality. Optimize in-house and outsourced transport (routes, costs, incidents). Collaborate with relevant teams to drive improvements using ERP/WMS/TMS/BI. 🤝 What We Offer: Permanent contract · Full-time position. 📍 Location: Ripollet (Barcelona).
