This development combines efficient thermal insulation, mechanical resistance and functional design, allowing the drink to be kept fresh and ready to serve — a unique solution on the market that illustrates our ability to transform challenging ideas into viable products. EPP, 100% recyclable, allows us to create lightweight, reusable and sustainable solutions, aligned with the principles of the circular economy. INOX - entirely or partially
Dalmec manufactures industrial manipulators made entirely or partially of stainless steel, for sectors that have high hygiene standards or for highly corrosive working areas. The structure is developed using AISI 304 stainless steel with some parts made in AISI 420/421. Welding is primarily performed using MAG and MIG methods in an inert gas atmosphere; and the main welds, from an aesthetic and functional point of view, are ground and smoothed. Each project is developed in accordance with the instructions given by Directive 2006/42 EC on machinery and after a careful and methodical analysis of the risks. Industrial manipulators available in customized variants with floor anchoring, anchoring on free-standing base for forklifts, fixed ceiling anchoring and sliding suspended anchoring.

Intelligent Dynamic Packaging System for End-of-Line Operations with AI
The new solution, designed for demanding industrial environments, incorporates artificial intelligence to optimize productivity and reduce plant downtime. This new intelligent dynamic case packing system, an end-of-line solution developed to meet the evolving automation, flexibility, and efficiency needs of the food industry. The new equipment enables products to be picked directly from the conveyor belt to the robotic gripper, optimizing the case packing process and ensuring precise handling even on high-speed production lines, with capacities of up to 120 packages per minute. Designed with a compact and highly versatile concept, the system occupies only 6 m² and can adapt to the main packaging formats available on the market, as well as different grouping configurations — 1 facing, 2 facing, and 3 facing — and various box formats, including conventional B1 cases and tray-and-lid formats. The solution, entirely designed and manufactured in Spain, can be integrated into any packaging line, whether vertical or horizontal, and has been developed to operate in cleanroom environments, ensuring quality, safety, and sterility throughout the production process. One of the main technological advancements of the new system is the incorporation of artificial intelligence-based software capable of interpreting and adapting to the environment in real time. Thanks to this technology, the system can identify incidents such as deformed packages, labeling errors, or product positioning deviations, and automatically correct these defects through dynamic adjustments to different line components, including robot positioning updates. This capability significantly reduces line stoppages, improves production process stability, and increases overall plant productivity.
