ProLash Sheet
ProLash Sheet is an easy-to-fit shipping container lashing system. It is a raffia panel made with 4 carabiners in the corners, which is used to prevent the merchandise from moving backwards and avoid any type of accident. Ideal system for unpalletized goods. It is also often used to prevent possible theft when the merchandise is covered.

ProSlip Paper - Anti-slip
Materials specially designed to prevent movements of goods in transit, mainly those issues during braking or acceleration. They are suitable for road, sea, air or rail transport. We have paper anti-slip (to place between the different layers of the pallet) and rubber anti-slip to place between the floor of the truck or container and the merchandise. The ProSlip paper model, made of paper, it is ideal for placing between the different layers of the pallet and with any type of packaging, cardboard boxes, plastic or paper bags… It has a high coefficient of friction and supports up to 45º inclination without sliding of the palletized load. With the use of the anti-slip paper, you will improve the stability of the palletized products, avoiding possible falls, and therefore, claims for shrinkage or breakage during transport.

The first Container Stowage Smart Guide J2servid have created the first “Smart Guide” for container stowage. It’s an intelligent and interactive guide, full of videos and links that contain all kinds of information about stowage tools, several loading techniques, calculations, regulations or responsibilities, essentials to adapt to the latest modifications and regulations of the new RD 03/2022, and that helps you to learn everything necessary to stow goods in a maritime container in a safe, efficient and professional way. When we wrote this Container Stowage Smart guide, we thought about all those professionals who during the last 30 years have asked us for recommendations, calculations, tools and stowage techniques on the market, such as avoiding damage to their goods, cost optimization, stowage, applicable regulations, shipper/carrier responsibilities, legal issues,… And all these points pushed us to create this interactive guide in which we have tried to capture all this helpful information for all those who are passionate about logistics and transport, trying to help everybody to secure loads and avoid damage and accidents during transport. ProTerm - Container insulators
Proterm container insulation is completely ecological and prevents damage caused by changes in temperature during transport. It is a system through which you can preserve your products without the need to use special containers and keep the products at their proper temperature. It is therefore a flexible insulator used for the transport of products that are sensitive to temperature variations by land, sea and air. In many cases, it avoids the need to use temperature-controlled containers. The ProTerm Container system is used to line 20′ and 40′ sea containers. Its double inner core of air bubbles acts as an insulator, preventing the thermal transfer of temperature from the outside to the inside. ProTerm is an ecofriendly insulation, 100% recyclable, patented and with a very low thermal conductivity index that avoids sudden changes during exports. This system is installed in the containers in an easy and fast way.

Prototypes, samples and small batches via 3D printing
With state-of-the-art additive manufacturing, we are able to accelerate the process of packaging development by up to 50%. Prototypes and samples can be manufactured and send to customers within a few days. Thus, allowing sources of error to be detected at an early stage and minimizing the risk of costly design revisions. Small batches of trays can also be produced via 3D printing.
