The Nest E1.1 (OD-9F) export pallet is a nestable plastic pallet in euro-size. It offers a high nestability ratio and features a deck with Z-profile for high flexural rigidity, excellent loadability, and carrying capacity. The seamless nestability provided by the design of the feet allows for very high compression of empties. This lightweight pallet contributes to transport and energy savings. It is made of recycled plastic and is 100% recyclable.

This new container really makes the most of the product, with absolutely no wastage. This is all thanks to the mechanism which, when pressing the dispenser, generates a vacuum effect that pushes the product outwards without letting air into the container. Airless containers preserve the cosmetic’s active ingredients for longer and have become one of the most sought-after types of containers for beauty formulas. The container’s properties also prevent contamination of the product by external agents.

New delivery: complete 180º filling, capping and labelling line At MarCoPack, we continue to innovate in order to offer solutions that adapt to the real needs of each customer. Details matter. New Cristal glass bottles, so elegant and well designed, can be combined with dispensing pumps or droppers and customized in many different ways. From the elegance of transparent or frosted glass with metallic accessories, to the cheerfulness of the colors that can make the entire packaging a super trendy packaging solution.

We assume that all foams, as all plastics, can be recycled and must go in the yellow bin. Foams that are commonly used for packaging are cross-linked foams (cross-linking is a reaction between polymer chains to link them together and this process gives the foam a better sealing properties, greater flexibility, insulation capacity and cell homogeneity and durability). Non-crosslinked foams have an easier recycling process: ECO S33 (black and white) and ECO RCL foams (the also contains 65% of recycled material). We also have foams of vegetable origin: the properties of foams made from biopolymer resins are the same as those made from plastics of fossil origin. In our catalogue we have foams that are 100% sugar cane (LJ35 BIO in black, natural and green colors and LJ45 BIO in deep black) and the BIO PT foams made from forest residues. BIO PT foams have the ISCC (International Certification Sustainability & Carbon Certification), which is an organization that certifies the plant origin of biopolymers and their correct traceability through supply chains.
