Cyklop’s Ampag Bridge is a high-performance semi-automatic strapping machine developed for high-speed strapping of boxes with accurate tension result. With a strapping speed of up to 75 straps per minute and an adjustable tension range from 0 – 450N, it ensures maximum efficiency while maintaining secure strapping.

The HMI touch panel makes operation simple and flexible, with additional options to run the machine by switch button or foot pedal. The integrated PLC + driver board control provides reliability and easy parameter adjustments for different applications. Equipped with 4 brushless DC motors, the Ampag Bridge guarantees consistent strap tension and stable performance during continuous operation. Its compact size (inner arch W650 x H500 mm, 800mm table height) allows seamless integration into existing packaging lines. The machine supports strap widths of 5 - 6 mm, 8 - 9 mm, or 11 - 12 mm with thicknesses from 0.45 - 0.7 mm.
