CWDmaxx is a dynamic checkweigher designed for dry environments and non-food applications, capable of performing up to 250 weighings per minute. Its modular and flexible design allows for configurations of up to five belt modules, making it easy to adapt and integrate into different production lines.

The system offers customisable weighing solutions for the weight control of pre-packaged products, integrity checks, grading and the optimisation of filling processes. Furthermore, it can be combined with inspection systems using metal detectors and X-ray equipment for more comprehensive quality control.

Equipped with an intuitive interface featuring a colour touchscreen, an alphanumeric keypad and advanced data management tools, the CWDmaxx ensures simple and efficient operation. Its compatibility with the BRAIN2 software allows real-time viewing of production data, improved traceability and optimisation of overall line efficiency (OEE), contributing to more efficient and controlled production.
