Extruded PP sheets for packaging & print: durable, customizable, and made with up to 70% recycled content.

Karton PP compact sheets are produced through an extrusion and
calendering process and can be either mono-extruded or co-extruded.
The co-extruded sheet is particularly appreciated as industrial
packaging: the possibility to use up to a 70% of recycled material
together with expanding additives in the internal layer allows to lighten
the weight without compromising its performance in terms of strength,
load-bearing capacity and durability. Different surface finishes are
available (matt or quartz surface, embossing, dimples) and add value
to the product. A solid PP sheet is an interesting choice in Visual
Communication: the material is particularly suitable to be printed with
any kind of printing technologies, from offset to digital printing.
