IFS Duetra Inspect

Checkweighing, metal detection, and dual ejection combined in one exceptionally compact machine.

The Duetra Inspect combines the certified checkweigher from JBT Marel with a CEIA metal detector. This allows for the detection of both weight deviations and potential metal contamination. Two different inspection tasks, each with its own function within the quality and production process.

With certified checkweighing, producers can meet the applicable requirements for weighing pre-packaged products. Furthermore, the combination with metal detection brings together two important inspection processes without the need for two separate machines in series.

The dual discharge ensures that products with a deviating weight and products rejected by the metal detector are sorted out separately. This keeps the rejection streams separate and allows you to maintain insight into the reason for rejection.
