#MynVision™ AI MVS
MynVision™ is the machine vision hardware that reads unit-level codes on glass bottles at full line speed.
MynVision™ is Myneral's machine vision hardware for industrial production lines. It reads unit-level codes on glass, plastic and cans, capturing the code already applied to each unit during manufacturing and turning it into traceable data at the point of production.
The system runs AI inference directly on the device. Code reads are processed locally, returning results before a cloud request is even made. Cloud connectivity is used only as a backup, reprocessing partial reads to push accuracy toward a near 100% read rate. Tested to ISO/IEC 29158 on Grade B and above DPM codes on glass, MynVision achieves a read rate above 99% and a read speed of up to 90 codes per second.
MynVision is available in two versions. AI MVS V2 is the standard configuration. And AI MVS FLEX is built for factories with limited floor space, offering a more compact installation. Each deployment is configured around the right cameras, compute, connectivity and mounting for the specific line, with 4 to 6 cameras depending on configuration.
The hardware integrates directly with PLC and SCADA systems over industrial protocols including Profinet, EtherNet/IP and ModBus, and supports the main 1D and 2D code formats used in packaging, including Data Matrix, QR Code and EAN. It has a stainless steel housing, built for washdown environments and designed to resist dust, moisture and impact on the factory floor.
MynVision registers every code it reads directly in MynTrace, Myneral's traceability software. MynTrace centralises the identification records and writes them to a blockchain audit trail, integrating with the ERP, MES and IoT systems already running on the line. Captured data becomes a structured, verifiable record without a separate integration project.
Typical lead time is 8 weeks from order to installation on the production line.
