Engineered specifically for the cheese industry, our Ultrasonic Cutting Machine delivers fast and precise cutting of cheese wheels into perfectly controlled angular portions. The machine is equipped with dedicated cheese holders, keeping each cheese accurately positioned and referenced throughout the entire cutting process. With manual infeed and outfeed, it reaches speeds of up to 120 cuts per minute (per cutting head). Depending on the selected options, several cutting modes are available: fixed weight, variable weight and calculated variable weight, providing a flexible solution for a wide range of cheese formats and production requirements.
