About us
We have been specialists in rotogravure printing for flexible packaging since 1986. This printing technique offers high graphic quality with intense tones as well as with high-definition and detailed images and gradients.
We supply printed film on rolls for vertical or horizontal packaging machines, in different formats and structures, for sectors such as Food, Pharmaceuticals and Cosmetics, Household Cleaning, Pet Care and Industrial market. We have BRC and ISO 9001 certifications.
The integration of the entire production process, including cylinder engraving, allows us to be agile and competitive, with short delivery times.

Products & services
Vertical & Horizontal flowpack
Vertical & Horizontal Flowpack films are used in the packaging of a wide variety of products, from Food to many other sectors. In Food packaging it’s used for example in the packaging of snacks and chips, coffee, pet food, ice creams, cookies, and others. Vertical Flowpack is available in single or multi-layered structure, and also recyclable solutions (mono materials) ara available.
Pharmaceutical blister & Alu Strip
We can supply these two complexes: - Aluminum foil blister packaging for tablets. With heat-sealable lacquer to PVC / PVDC. - Alu Strip: Aluminum and polythene complex, for packaging tablets or suppositories. Supplied printed and on the reel
Tray Lid film
Our flexible films for tray lids are used mostly for products packed in modified atmosphere (MAP). Our clients pack from sliced cheese or cold cuts to ready-cooked food, smoked food, seafood, etc. Additional properties: resealable, peelable, among others. Duplex structures are the most common, but we also have films available in mono film or triplex.
Sustainable Solutions: Monomaterial
Solvent-free laminated multilayer monomaterial solutions (Mono-PE, Mono-PP or Mono-PET). APPLICATIONS: for any type of food or non-food product. FORMATS: for packaging in vertical or horizontal Flowpacks, sachets, doypacks, bags or also for tray lids (Mono-PE and Mono-PP). FINISHES: choice of transparent, opaque white, matt or metallic finish. SUSTAINABLE PROPERTIES: Downgauged Mono-material based formulation for improved recyclability
Sustainable Solutions: Paper-based
Full Paper-based solutions to replace multilayer films. One side single coated paper with heat sealable and barrier coating on the reverse side. • Option Low barrier: for tea, seeds, confectionery or non-food products • Option High barrier: or dry food as snacks, bars, nuts, or non-food products FORMATS: VFFS and HFFS, sachets and pouches. FINISHES: • Excellent white optical appearance • Paper look and touch SUSTAINABLE PROPERTIES: • Recyclable in the paper-waste stream • Chlorine free barrier
Sachet & single-dose packaging
The sachet or single-dose is one of the most used formats not only in food but also in cosmetics and pharmacy, for tablets, powdered products, creams, gels, refreshing wipes, etc. The middle layer is often aluminum, to provide an added barrier and strength. Easy-tear properties can be added. Other compositions are also possible: PET+Paper+PE, PET+ALU+PET+PE, etc.
Wrap Around label
Wrap-around labels (not self-adhesive) printed in BOPP (white or transparent) for products packaged in cans or bottles, whether they are plastic, tin or glass. They are usually used in the beverage sector, but also in household or gardening products, or the industrial sector. For automatic packaging machines we deliver in reels and for semi-automatic packaging machines in pre-cut format.

R-Print, The overprinting system
R-PRINT is an innovative Overprinting system that consists of printing in register over already printed rolls that may have become obsolete due to errors or unforeseen circumstances, legislative changes, or market evolution. Thanks to this technology, it is possible to add, modify, or remove information directly on existing flexible packaging, allowing the reuse of technically valid rolls that have become unusable for graphic reasons. Advantages: - Avoid printed film waste.
