It consists of printing in register over already printed rolls that may have become obsolete due to minor design modifications. Add, modify or remove information directly on the flexible packaging without generating waste.

R-Print reflects Iflex's commitment to sustainability and efficiency: it reduces the environmental impact generated by film rolls that become obsolete due to minor design modifications. Thanks to this technology, it is possible to add, modify, or remove information directly from existing flexible packaging, avoiding the waste of printed film and reducing reproduction costs. The most common modifications include legal text, barcodes, or nutritional tables, updating logos, applying varnishes or special treatments on a registered basis, and also incorporating information about promotions or discounts.

Furthermore, as a result of a recent investment, this system can also be applied to brik rolls, improving the versatility and application range of this service.
