Our wide technical foams portfolio: Polyethylene PE (crosslinked and non-crosslinked), polyurethane PU (based on ester or ether), rubbers (EPDM, SBR, NBR, CR) and PVC, allows us to provide custom solutions for all types of packaging needs:

Luxury, Protection, Returnable Packaging, Inner foams for Military and Flight Cases; complying requirements for markets such as: perfumery, cosmetics, sample books, presentation cases, liquors, automotive, electronic devices (antistatic/conductive foams). Luxury Packaging

We present your product by transforming the best materials, such as Cross-linked Polyethylene (PE), PE+EVA, and EVA Rubber. We advise you regarding: Materials: choose the optimal material for your project. Creativity: how to distribute accommodations to obtain an optimal result. Technique: die cutting, water cutting, thread cutting… to achieve the best result. Water cutting allows us to give a straight finish to the profile of our pieces, avoiding the typical deformation of die-cutting. This is particularly important for those applications in which the edge of the foam piece is visible, as is the case with commercial samples. Marking: laser engraving, printing, silkscreen, machining. Applications in: perfumery, cosmetics, wine, POS, commercial samples, cases...
