Sugar Cane Bio based Foams

We added to our product portfolio:

• Cross-linked PE foam with a high percentage of recycled material

• Cross-linked PE foam manufactured from ethanol from sugar cane. By using these foams:

o We reduce the consumption of resources of fossil origin, ethylene from petroleum is replaced by ethanol from sugar cane derivatives, which are also no longer valid to obtain products suitable for human consumption.

o We contribute to the reduction of CO2 in the atmosphere, reducing pollution and global warming. It is estimated that the production of 1Tm of plant-based Polyethylene captures approximately 2Tm of CO2 from the environment.
