High-Quality Primex Films: Series 100
The Primex PE films of our Series 100 are extruded at our modern production facility in Romania and supplied to customers worldwide. We serve key industries such as automotive, white goods, food & beverage, construction and e‑commerce, delivering reliable packaging solutions for diverse requirements. Designed primarily for automated packaging lines, our films ensure excellent performance and precise compatibility through tailor‑made solutions. Complementing this, we offer a versatile range for manual applications, including sheets, bags, side‑gusset bags and hoods which are engineered for easy handling, strength and protection. With expertise in both automated and manual processes, we provide our customers with flexible solutions and consistently high quality.
Barrier Packaging: Series 200 ClimaPac and Series 250 ClimaGel
The high-quality aluminium composite films of our Series 200 ClimaPac provide reliable protection even under the harshest climatic conditions, during long transport routes or decades of storage. Even extreme fluctuations in temperature and humidity, exposure to salt water, or dirt cannot compromise the film’s protective performance. Impact- and tear-resistant, the sealable ClimaPac can be produced in a wide range of forms fully customized to your specific application. From small flat bags up to container liners, that create a hermetically sealed system at a large scale, it's the ideal moisture-free packaging solution. In addition to that, the desiccants of our Series 250 ClimaGel reliably bind residual moisture, preventing corrosion, rot and mould formation, even over many years. Ideal for overseas transport and long-term storage of up to 30 years.
Corrosion Protection Films: Series 300 BioCor®
Our corrosion protection films are available in various product lines and offer maximum effectiveness against corrosion thanks to our natural-based VCI technology BioCor®. In addition to the proven classic, BioCor® CF, we have developed even more environmentally friendly variants. BioCor® HP is a high-strength, reduced thickness film that can withstand heavy loads even at a thickness of just 50 μm. The films in the R Series contain up to 75% recycled material, resulting in enormous CO₂ savings and a significant improvement in their environmental footprint.
Corrosion Protection Papers: Series 330 BioCor®
Our corrosion protection paper is available in various product lines that all offer maximum effectiveness against corrosion thanks to our natural-based VCI technology BioCor®. The paper is available as ultralightweight yet robust smooth paper. While protecting metal goods reliably against corrosion, the thinner material and the resulting lower weight actively contribute to environmental protection. Paper air cushions with integrated corrosion protection are also available. These are ideal for shipping spare parts and small components that require short-term transport and corrosion protection.
High-Performance Corrosion Protection: Series 350 BioCor® HeavyDuty
Our HeavyDuty packaging solutions are engineered to deliver maximum protection for heavy, large format as well as delicate goods. Developed by industry experts, they combine outstanding mechanical strength with reliable corrosion protection even under the most demanding transport and storage conditions. With high‑performance packaging films and durable TwinWall sheets, Series 350 offers flexible solutions for both automated and manual packaging processes. Integrated innovations such as our patented Bonding Technology ensure efficient material use and secure sealing. Corrosion protection is provided by our natural BioCor® VCI technology, which covers a wide range of metals and sensitive electronic surfaces.
VCI Emitters: Series 370 BioCor®
BioCor® offers reliable and long-lasting protection against corrosion on a natural basis during transport and storage. This makes our VCI emitters ideal for permanent corrosion protection, allowing them to be used as part of long-term packaging solutions. In addition to the PowerBox, which can be reused up to 20 times, the emitters are also available as PowerCord, ideal for use in stabilisers, as PowerCard, as foam and in other variants.
ESD Packaging: Series 400 BioStat®
Our Series 400 BioStat® Dissipative Protection Films use our in-house-developed, plant-based ESD masterbatch to safeguard sensitive components during production, transport, and storage. The plant-based ESD active ingredient is biodegradable and provides long-lasting protection against electrostatic discharge (up to 24 months or longer). At the same time, the materials fully comply with current international packaging standards (IEC 61340, MILB-81705-D) and reduce dust absorption for a clean surface. The multi-layer Series 400 BioStat® Shielding Films reliably protect sensitive electronic components such as printed circuit boards and semiconductors from electrostatic charging and electromagnetic radiation. A conductive aluminium core ensures effective shielding. The films are durable, tear-resistant and offer high transparency for visual inspections.
Climatic Chamber Test
Whether shipping overseas or transporting by land - the MetPro climatic chamber accurately simulates the extreme fluctuations in temperature and humidity to which your packaging solution is exposed as weather boundaries are repeatedly crossed. Our simulation of your industrial goods shipment provides meaningful insights into your packaging solutions protection against corrosion. The test procedure and scope are determined based on the individual requirements of your packaging solution. The test procedure is documented in detail and upon completion of the simulation you will receive a detailed test report containing the following information: • Description of the test procedure • Condition of the packaging before testing • Analysis of the data logger results • Detailed pictures and expert analysis • Evaluation of the protective effect
