ESD Packaging: Series 400 BioStat®

Our Series 400 BioStat® Dissipative Protection Films use our in-house-developed, plant-based ESD masterbatch to safeguard sensitive components during production, transport, and storage. The plant-based ESD active ingredient is biodegradable and provides long-lasting protection against electrostatic discharge (up to 24 months or longer). At the same time, the materials fully comply with current international packaging standards (IEC 61340, MILB-81705-D) and reduce dust absorption for a clean surface.

The multi-layer Series 400 BioStat® Shielding Films reliably protect sensitive electronic components such as printed circuit boards and semiconductors from electrostatic charging and electromagnetic radiation. A conductive aluminium core ensures effective shielding. The films are durable, tear-resistant and offer high transparency for visual inspections.
