ZØR is an international group with more than 20 years of experience in the thermal chain.
As specialized consultants, we work closely with our partners and customers to identify and address the challenges of transporting, handling, and storing temperature-sensitive pharmaceutical, healthcare, and food products.
From the export and distribution of temperature-sensitive products to last-mile delivery and patient care, we design, develop, and test qualified thermal solutions that help maintain the required temperature conditions throughout the entire supply chain.

Care Us
Care Us is a surface disinfectant based on Sil2U technology that promotes biocidal activity effectively and lastingly. One of the active substances, Hydrogen Peroxide, is known as an effective antibacterial agent and recommended by the World Health Organization (WHO). Using nanotechnology, it is stabilized in the formulation, remaining active for up to 7 days. Care US has a double action: cleaning and disinfection, allowing a single product to have both processes, reducing time and consumables, without compromising the sanitation process.
e-Kool LD7
The Pallet Box e-Kool LD7 Pallet in Pallet, is a qualified isothermal box, whose structure and assembly process allows the front side to be one of the last parts to be placed, thus enabling the forklift to place the pallet directly inside the box, so as to immediately close the solution, without temperature losses.
AS Reflex Thermal
Reflective single use cover to block solar radiation on national and international shipments. Tailor made solutions designed to minimize temperature spikes and prevent goods from being exposed to radiation inherent to transportation and logistics processes.
Syndio Smart Box
Reusable system for medium and long mile logistics without temperature excursions. This system has 3 sizes with 8, 24 and 48 liters of capacity. Available for temperature ranges of 2 ºC to 8 ºC and 15 ºC to 25 ºC up to 96 and 120 hours respectively.
DELIVERY PHARMA
The Delivery Pharma is appropriate for medicine transportation and other temperature sensitive products at short and mid range distances. The bags have an insulation in EPE and fibre to avoid temperature spikes and an optional bag for an ice pack placement in the cover. These backpacks can also be customizable, both in dimensions and in the graphic image. It is possible to stamp the customer's logo on the sides of the backpack with minimum quantities These bags can be personalized, both in dimensions.
LOGI T-BAG
The system consisting of the Logi T-Bag isothermal bag and two accumulators is very economical and reusable. It is indicated for sending medicines, food and other products whose temperature needs to be controlled. The useful volume of the isothermal bag is approximately 36 liters. The bag accommodates two R1000 Ice Packs, one in the rear bag at the top of the bag and the other at the bottom of the bag. This bag with accumulators follows a standard logistics box. Other configurations and temperature ranges can be designed.
E-PHARMA
The Isothermal Kit is suitable for all types of transport of thermosensitive products. It is an easy-to-use, reusable solution that is qualified for 24 hours. The available temperature ranges are: -21ºC; [+ 2ºC to + 8ºC] and [+ 15ºC to + 25ºC]. The kit consists of the outer polymeric box, a reinforcement with thermal insulation and the cold accumulators that involve the product (s) to be transported.
PATIENT BAG
The Patient Bag is prepared for the patient to carry safely its medicines, vaccines and other temperature sensitive products. This bag accommodates two accumulators that keep the temperature inside the bag between 2 º C and 8 º C for almost 12 hours. Depending on the customer's project requirements, this solution can be qualified. Possibility to customize the bag with different colors, logos and dimensions with minimum order quantities.
BIOCOLD BAG
The BioCold isothermal bag system was developed for the transport, at controlled temperatures, of biological samples, blood, transplant organs, as well as other pharmaceutical products. They are ideal for local distribution, such as for collection at collection points. These bags are tested and qualified for up to 24 hours for temperature ranges 2° to 8°C and 15° to 25°C. This bag was specifically developed for the transport and handling of biological samples according to UN3373 - category B.They are reusable, flexible, easy-to-clean bags whose useful volume varies between 4 and 30 liters. They can be customizable and sold in a kit consisting of a Bag + Plastic Inner Box + Accumulators.Possibility to make exchanges smart and trackable.
ADBIO
The Adbio smart system was designed for the transport of thermosensitive products. It is extremely practical and easy to handle and transport. This system has a flexible bag, a rigid box, accumulators and monitoring system. The outer thermal bag has ergonomic and comfortable handles. The EPE indoor housing acts as both a structural and a thermal element. The accumulators (Petri) fit and remain immobile on the bottom and cover of the EPE housing. These can be modified according to the requirements of the customer's target action. The monitoring device records temperature, geo-location and other features.
E-KOOL SMART COVER PCM
The Smart Cover PCM is a multi-height blanket, with pcm’s impregnated in an isothermal structure. This smart cover maintains a temperature range of 2-8ºC, 15-25ºC, and others for several periods of time. It has a better thermal performance than a conventional blanket. The smart cover has a built-in monitoring system that allows controlling the temperature and geo-location. This smart cover maintains the temperature of sensitive products during air, sea and land transport. The structure of the smart cover allows the height to be adjusted to the size of the pallet. The height of the smart cover can range between 1200 and 1800 mm.
e-Kool Smart Bag PCM
The isothermal bags e-Kool basic are economical and reusable. They are indicated for sending products whose temperature needs to be controlled. Through ZØR FabLab - the ZØR Thermal Chain Innovation laboratory - thermal stability tests were carried out in the laboratory and on real routes / destinations. The useful volume of these isothermal bags varies between 10 and 40 liters. These solutions are qualified up to 48 hours for temperature ranges from 2º to 8ºC or 15º to 25ºC with a universal configuration for winter and summer. Possibility of incorporating a sensor and making the solution monitorable by a smartphone.
