The tray is adjusted on 4 sizes with a hand lever which is in close proximity. The appropriate tray (S, M , L , XL) is put placed on the machine, the holder fixes the tray automatically. Then the goods to be shipped (several are also possible) are placed on the tray. By pressing a button (buzzer) the packing process is started. Simultaneously the employee can erect the shipping carton or prepare shipping documents. Immediately afterwards, the tray is wrapped and ready to be placed in the shipping carton. With this machine system, everything is child‘s play and perfectly packed. The costs are always the same and included in the tray price. The machine system is provided for you, foil included. You have no fluctuations due to more or less filling material. Goods up to 10 kg are no problem. Due to perfectly designed outer cartons and reinforcements, shipping is fast and safe.

The C1000/C2000 are high-speed, configurable case erectors built for 24/7 line automation, producing square cases reliably to help minimise jams and downtime. The machines use an eight suction-cup pick-up frame to support accurate 90-degree case corners, feature an ergonomic easy-access magazine for clean blank release, and integrate easily with other packaging line equipment. Advantages: * up to 30/25 cases per minute respectively (with speed package 4), * large case size range for C2000, * tape or hotmelt closing, * multiple options for customizing.

The C300/C400 are automated case erectors designed for simple set-up and reliable case forming without specialist tools or operator expertise. The machines help keep packing lines moving with an easy-to-load blank magazine, spring-loaded side belts to hold cases firmly in position, and fast changeovers between case sizes. C400 can also support larger case widths. Advantages: * up to 10/8 cases per minute respectively, * ideal for low/medium‑speed lines, * tape closing, * large case size range for C400, * small footprint, * improved ergonomics.
