The GCW-100DN is a dynamic checkweigher designed to automatically verify the weight of each product without stopping the flow of the production line. Its modular configuration allows the conveyor dimensions, speed of each section, and guiding elements to be adapted to the characteristics of the product. It can operate with weighing capacities from 1.5 to 30 kg, resolutions starting at 0.5 g, and production rates of up to 160 products per minute. Products outside the configured weight limits can be automatically diverted using air-jet, piston, or paddle rejection systems, selected according to their weight, format, and speed. It can also include sensors to monitor product presence, rejection system operation, and coordination with other equipment on the line.
