      We assume that all foams, as all plastics, can be recycled and must go in the yellow bin. Foams that are commonly used for packaging are cross-linked foams (cross-linking is a reaction between polymer chains to link them together and this process gives the foam a better sealing properties, greater flexibility, insulation capacity and cell homogeneity and durability). Non-crosslinked foams have an easier recycling process: ECO S33 (black and white) and ECO RCL foams (the also contains 65% of recycled material). We also have foams of vegetable origin: the properties of foams made from biopolymer resins are the same as those made from plastics of fossil origin. In our catalogue we have foams that are 100% sugar cane (LJ35 BIO in black, natural and green colors and LJ45 BIO in deep black) and the BIO PT foams made from forest residues. BIO PT foams have the ISCC (International Certification Sustainability & Carbon Certification), which is an organization that certifies the plant origin of biopolymers and their correct traceability through supply chains.

This range of Niupack products is used to fill the gaps between pallets, acting as a separator, and thus avoiding the movement, swinging, tilting or falling of the goods during transport. These products are essential to avoid the dreaded domino effect during transport. The new model is a protective element made of recycled cardboard with a fully foldable honeycomb structure. Its design is more sustainable and compact, as the top lid is smaller and foldable, which makes the product very easy to place and efficient. This product is safe, economical, recyclable, reusable, durable and takes up little space. Its new design allows it to be placed very easily inside the stretch film that wraps the pallet, achieving a better fitting of the Niupack to the pallet. Furthermore, as it is placed inside the stretch film, it can be left in place and installed inside the order preparation area. When we want to load the truck or container, the forklift already picks up the pallet with the Niupack incorporated, greatly reducing loading time and allowing us to save logistics costs. This system is ideal for great consumer logistics, it has been tested in large corporations in the food, chemical and pharmaceutical industries. Las impresoras Thermal Inkjet basadas en cabezales HP destacan por su gran facilidad de uso y por ser el sistema de marcaje con una baja inversión inicial (tanto en equipo como en impresión) y sin necesidad de mantenimiento.
