Plastic pallet boxes from Craemer are the ideal solution for the storage and transport of goods and bulk goods of all kinds. Thanks to their one-piece manufacture and sturdy construction, Craemer pallet boxes are highly resistant and hard-wearing. The sophisticated design offers numerous advantages in day-to-day handling. Additional ribs above the entry openings provide increased impact protection against forklift truck tines; the seamless design and smooth inner walls enable easy emptying, simple cleaning and drying. A transponder holder on each of the long sides enables optional retrofitting with RFID tags, while printing areas provide space for customised logo embossing, labelling or numbering. Customised end covers are available as an optional extra. All pallet box models comply with the European container standards DIN EN 13626 and DIN EN ISO 12048.

Stability at the basis Plastic pallets are not an economical alternative to wooden pallets. Plastic pallets, however, have key advantages : they have a cosntant weight, are robust and durable, have a longer life tan wooden pallets and, with metal reinforcing, are particularly sturdy and suitable for use in high-rack warehousing. If desired, plastic pallets can be produced in a versión which is electrically conductive or equipped xith a nonslip top deck. Fully enclosed pallets are easy to clean and are particularly suitable for the food, higiene and clean room sectors. Utz Pallets (UPAL) are available as EURO, ISO or half pallets.

PALLET STABILIZATION WITH HOT MELT ADHESIVE APPLICATION Pallet stabilization with AntiSlip Gluing, a hot melt adhesive application directly onto the packaging units, saves resources and costs. This is different from the conventional method, where intermediate cardboard layers and external plastic foil layers add costs and increase the recycling effort.
