ANTICIPA is the company specializing in environmental compliance, available to companies affiliated with IMPLICA.

With the aim of responding to the new regulatory landscape, IMPLICA has incorporated ANTICIPA, a company specializing in environmental compliance, thus expanding the services it offers to its member companies. This collaboration will allow companies to manage both their Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) obligations in Spain and the new requirements arising from European regulations, all from a single provider. This integration seeks to simplify administrative management, reduce the operational burden, and offer greater legal certainty to companies operating in multiple European markets. One of the main services ANTICIPA will offer is advice on preparing Declarations of Conformity (DoCs), documentation that will be mandatory for all packaging marketed in the European Union from August 12, 2026. In addition, ANTICIPA will support companies in complying with EPR obligations in other Member States, including: - Registration in national producer registers. - Joining collective extended producer responsibility schemes (EPRs) when necessary. - Advice on country-specific obligations. - Comprehensive management of environmental compliance in Spain and the rest of the European Union. With this alliance, IMPLICA expands its value proposition with the addition of ANTICIPA, strengthening its capacity to respond to new legal obligations both in Spain and internationally.
