An unpackager is a company that, after consuming a product, generates waste and must manage it correctly.
IMPLICA will finance the management of packaging waste by promoting its recycling and reuse. To this end, it will voluntarily sign End-User Agreements with these stakeholders so that they can participate in the Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) scheme.
