AT 4003 – Precintadora semiautomática

Semi-automatic machine for sealing boxes with adhesive tape. Manually adjustable box format.

The AT 4003 semi-automatic box sealing machine for fixed-format boxes features an automatic flap closing system. As the box enters the device, it automatically closes the flaps. The machine folds the front and back flaps and then folds the side flaps simultaneously with the application of the adhesive tape. This ingenious system is protected with plexiglass to prevent accidents while still allowing the machine's operation to be monitored without opening it.

The AT 4003 sealer allows manual adjustment of the box's height and width by simply turning a crank. This machine is ideal for working with long runs of boxes of the same format. Acceptable box dimensions range from a minimum of 110 x 100 x 150 millimeters (width, height, and length) to a maximum of 650 x 500 x 500 millimeters. The maximum weight of the package to be sealed cannot exceed 50 kg.

The sealing machine has side-mounted conveyor belts that push the box into the machine until it emerges sealed. It also has a roller system that compacts the top of the box to ensure a watertight seal. The AT 4003 is equipped with a double-head applicator that applies the adhesive tape to both the top and bottom of the box. A single pass provides a fast and efficient seal.
