The iCBP200 from Dalpack Sistemas is an automated palletizing solution designed to optimize end-of-line processes, improve productivity, and reduce operator fatigue.

Equipped with a 6-axis articulated robotic arm, it can handle loads of up to 20 kg and achieve a production speed of up to 10 boxes per minute in non-collaborative mode. Its lifting system allows for a maximum palletizing height of 2,400 mm, including the pallet.

It stands out for its versatility and ease of configuration thanks to a 12-inch color touchscreen, from which the operator can easily program box dimensions, distribution patterns (tiles), layers, and pallet dimensions.

Furthermore, it incorporates different gripping options, such as suction cups, side grippers, and vacuum plates, adapting to various product formats and types. It also features pallet presence detection sensors, visual and audible beacons to indicate equipment status, and integrated safety functions.

The iCBP200 offers various deployment options, with front or side entry configurations and the ability to work with one or two side pallets.
