The JM-ROUND is a semi-automatic labeling machine designed for the fast and precise application of labels to bottles, jars, cans, tubes, and other cylindrical containers. Its simple operation ensures consistent, professional results, even in production runs with frequent format changes. The machine can apply a single wrap-around label or two labels, such as a front and back label. It also supports labeling with registration using sensors capable of identifying a specific container feature, such as a brand, color, or a previously applied label. Available in versions for labels up to 200 or 300 mm wide, it offers a production rate of up to 1,200 containers per hour. It can be equipped with a coder to print dates, batch numbers, barcodes, and other variable data directly during the labeling process. The JM-ROUND is a flexible, compact, and easy-to-use solution for short- to medium-run production runs across multiple industries.
