JESMATEC Connect is a platform designed to monitor and manage HSAJET MCX printers from a single interface, simplifying daily production, maintenance, and quality control tasks. From a computer, users can check the status of all connected printers, see if they are ready, printing, stopped, or experiencing any issues, and quickly access information for each device. This allows for faster problem detection and eliminates the need to repeatedly visit each printer. Depending on the configuration and license purchased, JESMATEC Connect allows users to: Monitor multiple printers from a single screen. Check statuses, ink levels, and operating data. Load jobs and remotely start or stop production. Modify text, dates, batches, counters, and other print data. Adjust authorized printer parameters. Receive email alerts for incidents or important events. Manage users and permissions to control what each person can see or modify. Log actions performed to facilitate tracking and diagnostics.
