2nd CCEP plant in Germany now tracks every returnable bottle individually with Myneral's MynVision™

Lüneburg goes live alongside Bad Neuenahr, extending unit-level traceability across CCEP's returnable glass lines in Germany.

Myneral Labs has expanded its MynVision™ bottle tracking system to a second Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) plant in Germany, bringing the number of production-scale sites to two: Bad Neuenahr and Lüneburg.

Both sites now capture data on individual bottles across CCEP's returnable glass lines, rather than tracking packaging at batch or pallet level, the method most reusable-glass operations still rely on.

Returnable glass bottles cycle back through a bottler's line many times over their working life. Knowing what is actually in circulation, rather than estimating it, has historically depended on experience-based models of loss and return rates. MynVision™ replaces that estimate with direct observation. Each bottle already carries a unique code, laser-marked at the hot end during manufacture under the CETIE standard. MynVision™ is deployed on the bottler's line, where it reads that existing code rather than assigning the bottle an identity of its own, capturing data on every unit passing through instead of inferring it from the group.
