INEXION is Overtel Technology Systems' proprietary Manufacturing Execution System (MES), developed with ASP, .NET, C#, and HTML5 technologies. It is fully integrable and designed to digitize and control the production floor in real time. INEXION connects machines, ERP systems, and people, interpreting what is happening on the shop floor and orchestrating production. This includes visual sequencing of manufacturing orders, real-time machine monitoring, production dashboards, OEE, quality and energy metrics, and advanced traceability by batch and serial number. The system features quality management with configurable control guidelines, automatic incident notifications (including via WhatsApp or Telegram), and a responsive HTML5 interface optimized for daily use by shop floor operators, accessible from PCs, tablets, or smartphones. INEXION offers native integration with the RPS Next industrial ERP and an open API for connecting with any other ERP system, enabling the unification of all factory data into a single layer of operational intelligence.
