Select an ‘ALL IN’ reusable stand model from the organiser or design your own stand so that the structure can be reused several times, year after year. Work with your stand builder to make your stand as sustainable as possible. Avoid creating a disposable stand just for one event…

Create reusable (undated) posters made from recyclable materials and environmentally friendly ink whenever possible.

Use LED lighting and other low-energy equipment for your stand and don’t forget to switch them off at the end of the day.

Try not to use carpet and, if you really need it, preferably choose reusable carpet tiles. If you use normal carpet, make sure it is recyclable and will be recycled.

Where possible, choose public transport or carpool with colleagues.

Choose a hotel within walking distance and/or with environmentally friendly practices.

For your transport, consolidate your shipments and preferably use transport and logistics companies that apply sustainable practices.

Favour local suppliers to support the local economy and reduce transportation

Support suppliers with environmental and social credentials.

Bring your own reusable water bottle to take advantage of our water sources and help us reduce the use of single-use plastic.

If you serve food at your stand, preferably choose locally sourced and plant-based food, and avoid using single-use plastics.

Avoid wasting food and order only as much as you need.

Take an active part in the many initiatives and discussions that will take place during the event to support the sustainable development of your sector.

Inspire visitors by showcasing the sustainable credentials of your products.
