- Smart badges: Visitors and exhibitors get a Smart badge containing their contact information on an electronic chip
- Smart Badge readers: Exhibitors have Smart Badge readers containing all the company information from My Easyfairs
- Tap to exchange: A visitor taps their Smart Badge on a reader and receives the company information and contact details via email
- Download your touches: After the show exhibitors can download the contact info for all visitors who have tapped their badge

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
You can access MyEasyfairs through this link. If you have not accessed the platform before, you will need to create an account. You can add additional users to My Easyfairs through the platform.
Yes! As an exhibitor, you will have access to My Easyfairs, the event app, Visit Connect and Smart Badge readers. Your specific package will determine how many Smart Badge readers you will receive and the additional marketing opportunities you will have access to.
You can check which EasyGo package you have through My Easyfairs, or by checking your booth booking confirmation.
At the end of the event day, visitors who have touched on your reader(s) will receive a Visit Summary email containing all the information uploaded on your reader(s).
As an exhibitor, you will also receive all the leads collected from your reader(s) by the end of the event. You can easily download the leads export from your My Easyfairs account.
Visit Connect and Smart Badge technology offer you the best opportunity to increase the quantity and quality of your leads. Visit Connect is a useful tool for qualifying leads when you talk to them, and gives you immediate access to their information. Smart Badge readers allow visitors to access your information automatically, and all exhibitors to follow up with them even if they haven’t had time to stop and talk.
How do I access the show app? Before accessing the show app, please make sure you are registered as booth staff through My Easyfairs. If you have registered as a visitor by mistake, please contact the marketing team to change it.
When the app is available and the event is active, you will receive an email with your access code and you will be able to log in to the app.
